Description: This workshop is meant to help small business owners more effectively use social media to develop and grow their businesses. Participants will learn: 1.) Which social media to use for their business and why, 2.) How to use social media with minimum time and maximum efficiency, 3.) How to generate leads through social media, 4.) How to identify industry trends and research competition through social media, 5.) The right content to distribute on social media (and how to avoid the wrong content), and 6.) How to measure the return on investment (ROI) of social media.

Participants will also be given several tools to boost the productivity of their social media at no additional charge.

This will be a working session, which means that each participant is expected to bring a laptop. Participants should have a website, Facebook fan page, Twitter page, and LinkedIn account, and each participant should have/know the access information for their accounts so that they can access and work on them during the workshop.
